Finally put together some of the shots I had the pleasure of working on for Madagascar 2. Sorry if the music is distracting, I've never really put together a reel of any prof. work since I've been at PDI and wanted to put some damn music on it okay?!

I proposed to my lady this past Thursday as we were carving pumpkins. Pulling out a severed finger with a ring on it from my pumpkin while digging the guts out, I think I gave her the surprise of a lifetime. And while I tried my best to ham up the acting of my ever so thought out line..."oh my god! what the hell is in my pumpkin, ewww, its so gross, come here honey look!!", I was shaking so much I barely got the words out before I dropped to one knee.

Since we've been together my life has been swept up with so much love for her, she truly has completed my being in every way possible. Can't wait for the many many years to come...

I did this of my girlfriend Jenny the other night. It looks like she has one long arm, but its both her arms together, I didnt really define it all that well though :(

I find myself watching these two videos if I'm having a bad day or feel like crap. It puts a smile on my face every time, plus makes me really want to travel. San Francisco is in there too, I think it was filmed at Alamo Sq. park, but I could be wrong, which I probably am.

The 2nd one if from 'Playing for Change', check out their website playingforchange.com. Its a really great cause and a hell of a thing to listen to.

I live on Haight St. in the city and at the upper most part of it is the southend of Golden Gate park, which is called 'Hippie Hill' A great place to go toss the frisbee or just sit and draw the backs of peoples heads for awhile.

The bottom drawing is of a sketch I was doing searching for some interpretation of a 'Jack in the Box'. Wasnt really successful, but sometimes that hinders the best results..

So for the longest time I had assumed this bunch of drawings I knew I had done to be long gone. Presumed either tossed away in the trash due to one of my impulsive house cleaning spurts, or somewhere in between my home and my desk at work they had fallen victim to who knows what. Long story short, I opened up my old backpack and found a folder with all of the missing drawings! So, heres a few of em..

I've been wanting to get some tattoo work done for a while now but haven't been able to land on anything. I found a sketch of a cros-section of a heart from Grays Anatomy and did a rough sketch of what I want. I'd like it to go on my left forearm, about 5 in. or so up and down. It still needs some 'surgery' to get it right how I want it, but I'm liking how its comin so far. Below its a copy of the real sketch

So heres a couple of drawings i had in my sketchbook. I love sometimes just forgetting about what your 'trying' to draw and letting something just come out. Taking it to a weird place u never expected when u first put the pencil to the paper....although I have to say these could have been a hell of a lot weirder, I think i just got bored or something..
